2026 Scholarship Application
The Institute Rockwall is pleased to offer three scholarships for students participating in our first cohort, which begins August 24, 2026. These scholarships are intended to help remove financial barriers for students who would benefit from the Institute experience.
Please complete this application thoughtfully and submit it no later than 11:59 p.m. Central Time on August 12, 2026. Late or incomplete applications may not be considered.
All applicants will receive an award or non-award notification by August 15, 2026. Scholarship information and application responses will be treated respectfully and reviewed only by those involved in the selection process.
We encourage you to answer honestly and in your own voice. Strong writing skills are not required, and you do not need to share private or traumatic experiences to be considered. We want to understand your interest in The Institute Rockwall, what you hope to gain from the experience, and how scholarship assistance would help make your participation possible.

There is absolutely no cost or obligation for attending a virtual session. However, to ensure all attendees have the best experience possible, registration is required, and space is limited! 2026 Scholarship Application Instructions
Please read these instructions carefully before beginning your application.

Your completed application and all required materials must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on August 12, 2026. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions or accept late applications.

Answer every required question completely and honestly. Incomplete applications may not be considered.

Be prepared to provide financial information. If someone else claims you as a dependent on their tax return, you will need to provide the requested financial information for that person or household.

If awarded, you may be asked to submit supporting financial documentation. Please provide only the requested information and redact Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, and other unrelated sensitive information.

Please upload a recent, clear photograph of yourself. Your photograph will be used only for identification and program administration and will not influence the scholarship decision.

Information provided through this application will be kept confidential and shared only with members of the scholarship committee and authorized program administrators.

Please review your application carefully before submitting it. Once the deadline has passed, missing information or documents cannot be added.
